Today, I had the honour of being felicitated by the Vivekananda Study Circle (VSC) in Technopark, for Mission Netaji’s efforts to solve the Netaji mystery. I spoke to a curious audience about the Netaji mystery and the steps taken by Mission Netaji in cracking it. Thank you VSC. Dr BK Krishnan Nair spoke about Vivekananda’s ideals. Spoke at the national seminar on Decoding Netaji Mystery at SN College, Kollam. The seminar was conducted by the History department of the college in association with Mission Netaji. Our lead man Anuj Dhar was the chief guest. This is his first visit to Kerala, and my second seminar at SN College.
Attended the release function of two books on Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, at the Mathrubhumi International Book Fair in Thrissur. Received the books from thinker-writer K Venu. Kerala Sahitya Akademi secretary R Gopalakrishnan, authors PS Rakesh, N Moosakkutty, and Mathrubhumi’s Dineshan Karippally also attended the function.
Will speak about Mission Netaji and the importance of declassification at the national seminar on the Netaji mystery at Kollam SN College on December 8. My good friend Anuj Dhar will deliver a talk on the mystery in detail. This will be my second function at SN College, and Anujda’s first in Kerala. Sincere thanks to the college authorities; special thanks to the department of history.
Will attend the release function of two books on Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose at Thrissur on December 6. The event is being held as part of the Mathrubhumi Books International Book Festival. More than 10 lakh books from 350 publishers will be available at the event, which lasts from November 27 to December 13. Other people attending the event include Chandrasekhara Kambara, C Radhakrishnan, Subhash Chandran, Mammootty, B Sandhya IPS, IM Vijayan, and MP Veerendra Kumar. One book is Subhas Chandra Bose-inte Thirodhanam [Disappearance of Subhas Chandra Bose] by PS Rakesh and the other is the Athmakatha, a translation of Netaji’s autobiography An Indian Pilgrim, by N Moosakkutty.
