Spoke at the national seminar on Decoding Netaji Mystery at SN College, Kollam. The seminar was conducted by the History department of the college in association with Mission Netaji. Our lead man Anuj Dhar was the chief guest. This is his first visit to Kerala, and my second seminar at SN College.
