Great developments in Netaji case….

Two great developments in the Netaji disappearance case:
  • Information Commissioner AN Tiwari has asked the Home Ministry to give a comprehensible reason for denying to furnish the details of the list of exhibits used by the Shah Nawaz and Khosla Commissions to reach the conclusion that Netaji was killed in a plane crash in 1945; the absence of which would force the CIC to order the disclosure of the documents.

  • Information Commissioner Dr OP Kejariwal has asked the External Affairs Ministry to submit the copies of the correspondence India had with the USSR/Russia over the Netaji disappearance issue.
